Construction on the Claddagh Valley began in July 1999. Length of main line track is 65 feet. The theme of the railroad is a backwoods lumber and mining operation circa 1930. Motive power consists of an Aristo Craft Thomas Rogers 2-4-2, an LGB Chloe 0-4-2T, and a Bachman Porter 0-4-0T. Power is supplied through the rail. However I have recently converter the Porter loco to run from battery power.

The TGDN Railroad, formally known as Rosehollow, is in it's third year of operation. It has about 120 feet of track at this time. The area of the yard that our trains occupy was expanded this year to double its original. We have great aspirations of expansion next summer.
