Details: The 16th Annual Wiregrass Model Railroad Show and Sale will be held Sept. 16-17, 2006 at the National Peanut Festival Fairgrounds, 5622 U.S. Hwy 231 South, three miles south of Dothan, AL. The show will feature more than 150 tables of model railroading equipment and supplies offered by dealers from throughout the Southeast. Several large layouts will be in operation and door prizes will be awarded hourly. Concessions also will be available. The show is sponsored by the Wiregrass Heritage Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society as a non-profit fundraiser to support Chapter projects
